Back from Guangzhou

Just back from Guangzhou for 14 days business + travel trip. This time, Guangzhou was hot and everywhere is under construction due to the Asian Game in 2010 December. They are building many new merto stations to cope with the games.

I usually took 4 hours bus from HK to Guangzhou caused of the comfortability and cheaper fare.

I went to the Pazhou exhibition centre to attend a fair there to meet with suppliers from Shanghai. That centre is HUGE and easily get lost inside. But easy to get there by bus or metro.


I also went to play golf near the Baiyun Luhu Golf & Country Club, that was the first time I played golf in China. I enjoyed much playing there, but the weather was too HOT!!

This time I bought some ginseng oolong tea with me as I like the flavour and aroma very much and price is good too.

Looking forward to next time visit there and having more fun.

Hong Kong Travel

Being a local Hong Kong, I would like to write the tips for travelling HongKong.

1. Theme Park

- Ocean Park: The theme park is a marine-themed amusement park situated in the Southern District of Hong Kong. You can get close to the nature by seeing animals and fishes together with the enjoyment of the excitement of roller coasters and games

- Recommendations: The theme park currently has 35 rides and other attractions such as aquariums(the biggest in asia). Besides housing two roller coasters, Ocean Park also features a Giant panda exhibit(4 pandas from China), a jelly fish and Chinese sturgeon aquarium, as well as a four-story aquarium displaying more than 2000 fish. The official mascot of Ocean Park is "Whiskers"—a waving sea lion.



- Special: Halloween bash; Wedding ceremony; Birthday parties; Dolphin show; Cable cars; Aquariums; Pandas; Roller coasters; Spectacular views over Repulse Bay.

- Transport:
The Citybus Route 629 runs daily from Admiralty MTR Station or Central Pier Nos. 7. The bus fares are $10.6 for adult and $5.3 for child (aged 4-11).
